These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GrandPeoples.com, including its guides and contact form (together, the “Site”). The Site is operated by GrandPeoples.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Use of the Site and Eligibility

The Site offers free educational content about technology for entrepreneurs and business owners. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site, or 16 if you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, without notice, and we do not guarantee that the Site or any content will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

User Submissions

The Site does not currently offer accounts, comments, or public posting. If you send us a message through our contact form or by email, you are responsible for its content and confirm that you have the right to share it. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information. We handle the personal information in your messages as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, corrections, or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them to improve the Site and our content, without any obligation to compensate you. We will not publicly attribute a submission to you by name without your permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrandPeoples.com and its owners, contributors, and service providers from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of GrandPeoples.com is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, form the entire agreement between you and GrandPeoples.com regarding your use of the Site and replace any prior agreements or understandings on that subject.

Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will continue to apply.
